Step 2.
The application will be reviewed and an invoice will be generated for approval.
Step 3.
Once the invoice has been approved through verbal or written confirmation, payment will be made. Acceptable payment methods: Credit Card, Debit Card, Wire Transfer, and Checks.
Step 4.
All orders will be shipped out via UPS or FedEx overnight and received no later than 10:30 a.m. the following day. The tracking number will be emailed to the receiver or email provided.
