Manufacturing

Our experts process eligible umbilical cords and placenta tissue in our state of the art ISO Class 3 laboratory facility to develop non-embryonic stem cell-derived products. We use our minimally manipulative proprietary techniques to extract valuable bioactive biomolecules from the Wharton’s Jelly stem cells and its extracellular matrix following FDA tissue guidelines, current good manufacturing practice (cGMP), and current good tissue practice (cGTP). Our technology allows us to achieve high levels of quality, purity, potency, viability, reproducibility (batch to batch consistency), and safety. The result is extremely high quality, effective clinical grade stem cell-derived products.

Testing

Consistent quality is our main goal. Our products undergo extensive in-house and third-party laboratory quality control and validation testing through universities to meet our quality standards. Only qualified products are distributed to doctors and clinics nationwide.

Storage

Injectables need to be stored below a minimum of -80˚C using either a cryo-freezer or a liquid nitrogen freezer. Freezing and thawing process is stressful to biological products and they can cause complete loss of potency if done incorrectly. To overcome this problem, we have successfully developed proprietary fluidless rate controlled freezing, packaging, and shipping techniques to preserve the integrity and potency of our products to its maximum. For best results, we also recommend clinicians to thaw  products at room temperature (counter thawing).

Shipping

ALL orders containing dry ice will be shipped over night and received by 10:30 a.m. the following day. Orders can only be delivered Tuesday-Saturday. Shipping methods are UPS Next Day Air or FedEx Priority Overnight. Please ask us about same day shipping!

Orders will not be shipped out on any U.S. Bank Holidays nor delivered on any U.S. Bank Holidays.

Returns

Re-gen Active Lab accepts no returns of ActiveShot™, ActiveFlow™, and ActivePro™. Although we have taken great measures to ensure the safety of our allograft product, current technologies cannot preclude the transmission of certain diseases known or unknown; therefore, we can make no claims concerning the biological properties and safety of allograft tissue. All tissues have been collected, processed, screened, tested, stored, and distributed in compliance with current FDA regulations concerning HCT/Ps.

Each vial is visually inspected and carefully tested for quality assurance before delivery. If you have received an open or broken vial, do not use, and immediately contact Re-gen Active Lab customer service.
